Really puts the bit where Bojack is on The View and says “Don’t choke women!” To applause in a different light. Bojack unraveling this season is rough to watch and similar to Hollyhock’s gradual addiction there are easy to miss signs littered throughout the season. Poor Gina I really love her character and it’s awful that she takes the brunt of Bojacks fall. It’s like with Penny and Sarah Lynn, when bojack spirals it tends to be the women in his life that are hurt the most

Agreed. Gina is already a guarded person. She becomes attached to Bojack despite her better judgement. She rightfully cares about how his negative actions could impact her career, but the emotion behind it is because she also is worried about him.

Damn, This is my second time watching his downward spiral, and it still gets me. The way the show flipped between his real-life and tv show masterfully illustrated his mental decline -- all the way up to him facing himself at the end. It's hard to believe you can get all of this from a cartoon. This is not for the weak at heart.

I love the nods to The Truman Show this episode. I had such a similar reaction of discomfort near the end. The emotions of these moments feel so real regardless of them happening to cartoon characters. Great reaction as always

Why is it better not to, Ryan? Obviously you haven't watched season 6, where at one point the end of credits are a total game-changer. For you to say that is also disrespectful to everyone who worked hard on the show and only get their names for a split second there. This always hurts me because out of all of Bojack's romantic relationships this feels like the best one. Gina seemed to get Bojack in ways his other girlfriends didn't and she wasn't put off by his abrasive personality.

Gina's performance was visually stunning in how it brought all of Bojack's issues through the show together. They not only had Herb and Sarah Lynn back alive with the main cast but even Wanda, Kelsey and Penny too. His mother tap dancing, his hero secretariat on the TV when he answered Bojack's letter, the boat etc.
