I was just pointing some similaritys between the two series. Viltrumites are like saiyan. Goku/Gohan like Mark. Then Radiz like Nolan and the entire premise of, now training until the saiyans/viltrumites come to earth. Im just a fan of both xD

Quick notes: In the comics Amber is far more understanding then in the show and Mark doesn't get bodied nearly as often. I kinda wish they gave him a few more wins here, if only so it doesn't look like he's useless. He still gets destroyed fighting Omniman though. The pacing and flow of events is also different but I can accept that.

Dune

I think nolan definitely was humanized a lil but not enough to possibly change. Like if debbie was there standing in his way I think he would've killed her and mark as well if he didn't say that "i'd still have you dad" line. Also in my opinion I don't think him putting down the family photo instead of the photo with him and his dad signifies anything. Maybe he's just in shock and can't really believe that his dad is this cold blooded killer who only cares about spreading the viltrum empire, but after this episode I did start wondering about mark. If you remember in previous episodes there were scenes were he was enraged and just went kind of crazy with his attacks. Not sure if his viltrum blood will take over as he gets older or what but damn that would suck if it did.

i think that just rage from being lied to . even when nolan did it was because he know that once his son show sign of being a viltrumite he had to start with his mission. he maybe though he could have lived his life in till they died then do his mission. But once he show signs he could be a hero that was the small chance of cical to stat to have influence on mark where he could fight for earth then the viltrumite army. nolan notice that just from cical sending him to space or when mark didn't listen to him to not help that guy. nolan notice more and more he was losing control of his son. last ep was his desperate attempt to show his son how he been show how reality works. Cuz i could imagine was a hell scape cuz he grow up eviter when the kill half of there planet or when they was taking over planets. so that was his world. intel he came to earth and learn humanity.

I know it was forever ago but one of my favorite shows is Vinland and I won't let myself watch your reaction without the first 6 episodes of the show which are really important episodes...so what happened to those reactions? Does anyone know? Were they for some reason copyrighted even though the rest of the show is posted on here?

Man I'm so happy you girls finished the first season. Definitely looking forward to your reaction for season 2. Now for my thoughts I think Nolan will return to earth to protect Mark and Debbie from the other Viltrumites. Keep in mind Viltrumites don't tolerate weakness so when Nolan flew away he flew to hide. Because he failed his mission they would try to kill him first then go to earth. Nolan in my opinion was probably going to wait it out originally if Mark was just human. So Mark and Debbie would of died of old age then he would takeover afterwards. But since Mark confirmed he has powers he felt like his options were limited and it was time. If you think about it Nolan unintentionally created hope for Earth to survive from being conquered. Omni- Man is a great villain / dad lol for this series but he might become more of an anti-hero along the way.

Not very important, but the leader of the Flaxans (the aliens that kept invading) was killed in that episode. I think the ones we see here are probably like several generations later that rebuilt and grew up hearing stories of Omni Man. Since time moves faster for them it's probably been centuries (in their time) since that happened.
