When it comes to what Whiterose's project is, just think about what her ideal is, her philosophy etc. S2 and S3 have many hints, especially when it comes to Angela's character

Yeah the Olivia thing is complex. The wild part is that what Elliot has done to her isn't that different than what he's done to other people. But he made a connection with her and through that we, the audience, made a connection with her. That makes what Elliot does feel a lot more sinister even though in previous seasons when Elliot uses someone to get information or something and then doesn't think about what it means for that person, and those moments are sometimes even played up for laughs. Just shows again what the difference in perspective does

I agree, both Elliot and Whiterose have a bit of a god complex, ie "I know what's good for you" and this season has really shown how Elliot needs to overcome that and learn to trust people as an equal

Lol in Squid Game there's just as much hierarchy, they're just more honest about it. Except that only applies to the soldiers because it's not like the games are fair, they enforce the rules arbitrarily depending on when it's an inconvenience or will appeal more to the higher ups etc

The sad thing is even if this pandemic ever ends I feel like all the progress made on workers' rights and waking up to how much control corporations have will just go away. Once things are back and everyone is working they'll take back control and people will start to forget as they slide back into the familiar daily cycle of life. That's why I hope this momentum isn't lost and it's enough to sustain when we get back to regular life.

One of the biggest mindfucks is when you realize that automated work taking over jobs should be a good thing, and it's only under capitalism that it isn't. We can get way more work done with way less labor? Great! Oh wait, we've built a system where work isn't valuable because of the end result but because of the incentive superseding the actual value of labor and now it means people have to be useful so that they can survive even if their labor isn't needed anymore...

OK last comment. what you said about paying taxes for police brutality, did you see that story about the mother who sued the city of Philadelphia because cops took her child from her and used him for a social media propaganda post to show how virtuous the police is, claiming that they found him abandoned and were taking care of him? It was settled by her being paid $2m in damages. Imagine being a taxpayer in that city and knowing you literally have to pay for the mistakes of a police department you have no control over.

I have this irrational fear that the file for the next reaction is going to get corrupt like one of the episodes of last season, and considering the next episode is easily in the top3 of any Mr. Robot fan, that fear may be justified :D

I dont think you guys pay much attention to requests. And i've been a supporter for a couple years now. So I'm going to throw my 2 cents, After Squid Game or Tokyo Revengers , I'd love you two to watch a pure comedy like Konosuba, Grand Blue or Prison School.

I was hoping Elliot was just bluffing about the drugs in her drink and he didn't actually do it. I'm assuming it takes a while for it to take affect so he would've gotten what he wanted in that time. Then he could've revealed that he didn't actually put anything in her drink and she was fine.
