Tsunade Alts. (Tier 2) - Pregnant, Extra Pregnant, BBW (Patreon)

Edit (May 22, 2025) - Added PSD File and Timelapse video. Also added an inverted nipple and farting version.

I burned out doing the alts but I'm glad it's done now 😮‍💨. I will update this post tomorrow with a f*rting alt. along with the bonus files. As discussed, the next poll winner's tier 2 will either only be pregnant or bbw, but not both. This will speed up my drawing process and hopefully up the monthly posts.

Thank you everyone for your patience and support!
