We want to share a new organic/mechanical design, these types of models are quite a challenge. After several attempts we managed to get a functional, stable version without external elements.

We attach a video to guide you through the assembly process. These days we will upload the detailed manual.

It is important to consider that in these types of designs, friction, wear, plastic residue can cause errors in operation.

Printing Recommendations:

Layer Height: 0.16 or 0.2

Infill: 15% or 10%

Speed: 45 or 50mm/s

Adhesion: Yes, edge type

Support: Yes (Tree Type for the Face, the rest normal support)

Note: In case of applying paint, avoid the inner area of the face, specifically the area where the eyes and gears turn.

Queremos compartir un nuevo diseño orgánico/mecánico, este  tipo de modelos son todo un desafío. Después de varios intentos logramos conseguir una versión funcional, estable y sin elementos externos.

Adjuntamos un video para orientarlos en el proceso ensamble. En estos días subiremos el manual detallado.

Importante considerar que en estos tipos de diseños, el roce, desgaste, residuos de plástico pueden producir errores en el funcionamiento.

Recomendaciones de Impresión:

Altura de Capa: 0,16 o 0,2

Relleno: 15% o 10%

Velocidad: 45 o 50 mm/s

Adherencia: Si, tipo borde

Soporte: Si (Tipo Árbol para Cara, el resto soporte normal)

Nota: En caso de aplicar pintura, evitar la zona interna de la cara, específicamente la zona donde giran los ojos y engranajes.
