Assembly tutorial: Instagram

The Snowman Rotating Organizer fun and functional organizer. The snowman consists of 3 rotating shelves that open up when you turn the spinner, revealing space for small items, treats, or accessories.

All parts are fully 3D printed.A small amount of glue is required to assemble the model after printing.

After a few tests, this seems to be a mechanical tolerance issue. I printed the gears on another printer, and the part started turning when I turned the key. Sanding the main shaft (the key) also improved things. I think the shaft was slightly too thick and was preventing the other parts from moving. I’m currently reprinting a shaft to run more tests. As it stands, it works a little, but it’s very unstable and not sellable. For reference, to save time I had printed parts on different printers—these may have slightly different tolerances, which would explain the result. The parts I’m currently reprinting all come from the same printer (H2C) to test this theory.

Wainting for the shaft to print, I continued sandind the old one and now its works just fine, so this is it ! So if someone is reading me, spare you some time and don't print a mecanic model on different printers unless you know what you're doing and calibrate them all ! Thanks again to IDMyron for this beautifull design !
