here is my timed reaction to the karate kid part 2!!!

this one was a very different vibe from the first one but i loved seeing it!!!! i really loved the outcome between sato and mr miyagi.

looking forward to the next one!

I think I actually like this one more than the first Karate Kid movie. Probably a significant, but not the only reason, the scene on the beach after Mr Miyagi's father past away. Literally crying into my movie snack I'd just made. 😆 I've liked them all and even more so since Cobra Kai has become an unexpected success. I'm rewatching it atm ready for when the first part of the final season comes out in less than a week. I'm hoping you want to take the full journey. The show has made so many significant moments from more than just the first film relevant to the ethos and history of the franchise. Now there's going to be a film to partially connect the standalone 2010 into the whole franchise as well. Such a nostalgia hit that I can't help but enjoy. More so than I could have hoped for at times.

You might not feel the same, Emme, but when a character like Chozen gets you riled up enough to where you call him a "stupid butt-face dummy" it is a blessed day.
