I saw someone say something once that tore me apart, that at 14:36 it shows the clock in-between Frieren and Himmel representing that the one thing keeping them apart was time.

There was an exhibit in Tokyo last spring for the Frieren anime and they had a real statue of Himmel with the flower crown from episode 2 and also the ring scene from this episode. You can find images of them posted online.
