The 26/6/2010 is the date of Amy's wedding and also the date the season 5 finale aired.

26 06 2010 is June 26, 2010. They list the day first in the UK.

I believe Britain writes their dates differently 26/06/2010 But for us Americans we write 06/26/2010 2010 is Amy’s time. Which is the year this season of doctor who came out

Yep, basically it’s the date of the wedding that Amy ran away from that was to be the next day when she first went with the doctor. And for whatever it’s worth, the current episodes were originally released a few months before that date, so at the time of their original release the date that the doctor took Amy from was slightly in the future.
