Absoluti0n

This is definitely one of my favorite Doctor Who episodes. The performances by both Peter and Jenna are some of the best in the entire show.

Lee Gannon

This episode was originally broadcast in the UK on the 7th of November 2015, so yesterday was the tenth anniversary of the episode airing.

yeah that monologue was impeccably done! such a thrill to watch and never gets old. insane to think of the doctor and clara's relationship now compared to back in deep breath, when she had no idea if she'd even be able to accept this version of the doctor after her short time with the eleventh doctor. i'm so glad she stayed on and their relationship was given the space and time (pun intended) to grow! such amazing acting from both of them here, jenna really shined as bonnie.

Rafael Hutajulu

In the day of the doctor novelization (written by steven moffat so i think it’s canon), it’s explained that the zygon who took osgood’s form became kind (or was ensured to be kind) because they took in osgood’s memories, and since osgood is so clever and her mind is so vast, became convinced of osgood’s worldview.

Mace Fondue

Fun fact. That entire monologue was done in one take. The reactions from the cast are genuine.
