if you move faster time runs slower, we have to adjust our satellites or GPS would be off nonstop. gravity also effects it, so close to a black hole you basically frozen in time for anyone looking at you from the outside ... you should have learned that at school as he said xD well i did

In the conversion theatre the dial Bill and the Nurse were moving was the volume dial, so they weren't on any morphine or administering anything etc the nurse literally just turned them down, which is actually more horrifying! Loooove this episode, it's soooo good, the Master stuff is excellent, I love his disguise character he's really funny and then the reveal it's like let's gooooo lol Next time you watch the episode you wonder how you don't pick up it's him which is what makes it so good. But yes the whole episode took place on that ship, and time moves faster/slower depending on where you were or relative to the Black hole. So Mondas was the twin planet of Earth and original home world of the Cybermen, and the type of Cyberman Bill is is just like the old school ones from classic who, it's not essential you know this but it's just some background information that may help :) Just an excellent episode, really dark too. Poor Bill :(

As for the black hole affecting spacetime, to quote Jane Foster from Thor: Love and Thunder, “Have you seen Interstellar? That movie explains everything really clearly.” 😂 I don’t think I’ll ever truly wrap my brain around how or why any of this works, but thankfully, science doesn’t really know how or why gravity works the way it does either, so we’re not alone in that!

I love the variation of the original 60s Cyberman design from this episode. The almost body horror aspect of them is so creepy compared to them basically being tanks in later designs.
