here is my timed reaction to doctor who season 11 episode 1 "the woman who fell to earth"

So Jodie is from a small town in Yorkshire, similar area to I think Patrick Stewart came from, but it's a quite Northern part of England and the accent there is THICK and if everyone spoke like that not only you, but most of England wouldn't understand lol So there will be regional terms and phrases here and there but I think predominately you should be fine, any you don't get let us know and we can translate lol 'Get in!' is a VERY English phrase lol Basically what to say when celebrating something or something great just happened so for example: 'Oh look, Emme just dropped a new Who reaction, get in!' lol Sheffield is indeed referred to as the Steel City so you're already getting it! :p Jodie is great, as you can already see, quite hectic lol But if you like her here I think you should have a lot of fun with her as the Doctor :) Her outfit is quite a 180 from Capaldi's lmao.

hi! tuning into full length access for this <3 i have watched all your reactions to dw on youtube, but 13th is my favorite doctor, so here i am i hope you enjoy the journey. people tend to focus on the worst and on things they hate, but there is plenty to enjoy in the upcoming series. one of my favorite dw episodes ever is in series 11, and series 12 was very solid overall. series 13 was mad, but good mad, although it took me a few watch-throughs to grasp all threads of the plot. it is going to feel very different, because everyone from the showrunner to the composer are different, but not bad the clothes and earing peace were created through collaboration with jodie and her ideas. the top of the earing has form of stars to represent the universe where she came from, the bottom is two hands clasped together to represent humanity, the chain between them is the journey. the blue of her coat is for the sky, while the dark inner fabric is for the space there are great behind the scenes videos about 13th doctor's costume on official dw youtube channel, if you want to hear more details and how it was created! each just a few minutes long the tittle of the episode is lovely. the woman who fell to earth was grace after all

This is my favorite version of the theme song. The whole score is so vibey and eery. As much as I share the love for Murray Gold, I have a love for the new sound direction. I enjoy Jodie’s version of the doctor and this is a great introduction. Probably the third best after the season one opener and Matt's intro. She’s my mom’s favorite doctor! I’m not going to fight popular opinion on certain critiques of the next few years but I urge you not to let it get you down. There are still plenty of great episodes during the Chibnall era! I consider season 11 quite good.
