wow we are back to a guardians of the galaxy movie!!

here is my timed reaction to guardians of the galaxy volume 3.

i was NOTTT expecting the way this movie would destroy me. but it was amazing all the same!

I had only seen this movie once in the cinema when it was just released. Your full watch along reaction was a good opportunity to watch it again. FYI: Guardians of the Galaxy was James Gunn's creation, always meant to be a trilogy. Vol. 3 was a goodbye letter from James to the MCU before he left to run the new DC universe. In this form this was the last we have seen from the OG Guardians I believe, we will probably see some of the characters back in future MCU projects.

so i have a specific hope for Mantis, i really like this version of mantis, but i also know why some Mantis fans dislike it (in the comics shes much more of a badass and not really goofy afaik), but i feel like this is the perfect opportunity for her to go off an learn who she is, and have her return as a mix between the two, idk if thats what they will do but thats my hope at least. i do think it will be a break before we get another guardians movie if we do, and i believe its less likely Mantis/quill will be part of it, i think unfortunately Drax is likely out for good, but his story ended well so im ok with that (the actor doesnt want to be know as just drax) looking forward to you catching up on the other marvel movies too, especially Thunderbolts, that one surprised me
