here is my edited reaction to buffy the vampire slayer season 2 episode 9 "what's my line (part 1)"

i feel like career day from then (in the episode) to now (current day) is like no more to experience.. Angel really is that one chatter who lurks and says one thing after hours of a stream.

I’m not going to go into too much detail, but yes, there is only one vampire slayer at a time: I don’t think the people who created the Slayer really considered/knew how big the world was; so, historically speaking, Slayers would travel around the world, and fight evil wherever they found it. Their Watchers would probably hear of places that needed help, and then either accompany their Slayer, or send them off to deal with it: it’s not the most efficient way of fighting evil, but I suppose heroes have got to be disadvantaged in some way. I won’t go into more detail about this big revelation here: you’ve probably seen Part 2 already, and know what’s going on, but I don’t want to spoil it for anyone else. Drusilla’s current problems weren’t caused by how Angel turned her into a vampire: it’s to do with Drusilla being captured & tortured by a mob in Prague, that left her weak and unable to heal properly; I believe Spike talked about it in their first episode, ‘School Hard’. But Angel torturing & turning her into a vampire, on the day she took her vows as a nun, is the reason why she’s absolutely nuts: as we saw, she was already struggling before then, due to her psychic abilities, but Angel deliberately drove her over the edge, which then stuck with her after she became a vampire. We’re starting to get into the overall narrative of the season, and I think you’re gonna love it. I love your reaction to Willow finally sitting down and meeting Oz, after so many near close calls between the 2 of them. I had a feeling that the weird maggot assassin would seriously creep you out, as well: he is a pretty damn hideous monstrosity haha. Can’t wait for the next episode to conclude this 2 parter. 🙂 x

Don’t worry, everything I just said has either already been covered: such as there only being 1 slayer at a time, how Angel turned Drusilla, etc. Or was just me speculating: like how I said the Watchers probably thought 1 Slayer would be enough, despite the size of the world haha. When it comes to spoiling TV shows, films, etc, I’m a big proponent of the phrase “Snitches get stitches” haha. If it hasn’t already been covered, I won’t answer any of the questions that you ask: the joy for me in these reactions, is getting to see first hand, people discovering huge plot points, character developments, etc by watching the TV show or movie themselves. If I give shit away, you might as well just read a Wikipedia synopsis of each episode haha. Looking forward to your reaction to the second part: it’s a fun little 2 part story, with some weird/gross bad guys, like that maggot man haha. Hope you’re doing well. xx
