React Sync - Information and Tutorial! (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

I am super excited to introduce you all today to a website called React Sync!

I am SO grateful so huge shoutout to Meesh & Dee whose website this is, for inviting me! They gifted me a membership to their Patreon to try out React Sync for myself and it was truly amazing so I'm excited to bring this to all of you!

What is React Sync?

React Sync is a tool that allows you to watch a reaction video and the original content perfectly synced together. It removes the need for manual countdowns, pausing, or trying to align videos on your own.

You load a reaction video and connect it with the original content from a streaming platform or a local file. React Sync keeps both videos aligned using syncing tools such as timestamps, offsets, and master controls.

Note: You MUST have your own active subcription to the streaming platform you are using. React Sync does not provide or host copyrighted content; it simply syncs playback with your account.

Step 1: Download the Extension

React Sync runs on a Chrome extension. This links our reaction video to the streaming platforms.

Step 2: Login to Patreon & Your streaming service

To access my full length reactions verify that you have:- connected your Patreon account to React Sync- connected your streaming services (Netflix, Disney etc)

Once you have logged in, React Sync will work!

Step 3: Get started!

The video attached to this post is a quick walkthrough I recorded of how to use the website! But you can read here for more info.

I will always link the corresponding React Sync post in the description of my Patreon full length reaction posts, but you can always just head right to my React Sync Profile and click from there.

Sync points will be created for you ahead of time, but in case you are using your own file/link you can make your own on the page too.

This website is very new in development, and I'm super lucky to be one of the first creators added to it. That said, they are still in development so some things may not work perfectly! For example as of the time I'm writing this, Disney+ syncing does not quite work.
