I've been looking forward to this episode's react. This one's powerful, but there's more feels to come. They did an amazing job with this show top to bottom. Also, I don't know if Silco sees himself as a vigilante so much as wanting to bring down those he feels slighted by and those that think themselves superior to him, at least in his eyes, and he's fully prepared to embrace "the base violence necessary for change" to achieve those ends. He's a much more complex character than you might think.
