Love these 2 episodes. Really set up what is the best story arc of this show in my view. Not sure if you’ve already seen but try not to read the description or look at the thumbnail for ep3! Also, I was going to mention to maybe watch episode 5 of season 2 as well. I think it’s the episode which introduces more inquisitors. One of them was in the Obi Wan show. I’d also react to episode 11 of this series since it includes important events with regards to Ezra’s parents.

That's actually James Earl Jones, the real voice of Darth Vader since the very beginning. He's just very old now.

Yes whenever i react i try to just look at the titles of the episodes!! Although it is hard to not see the thumbnail. I definitely don’t read descriptions though! Also thanks for the recs! I’ll check on the list sometime this weekend!

Vader's design takes a little while to get used to but it's very much inspired by Ralph McQuarrie concept art. Its not an in universe outfit change it's just how the art style of Rebels looks and what Vader looks like in the show. This applies to other designs as well that may not different from ship designs to characters. Lando's droid design is also the original design for C3PO so it's cool that they reused that design for a new droid model. Reminds me so much of Maschinenmensch, a character from Metropolis who inspired C3PO. Cool that we're seeing A Wings used by Phoenix Squadron the same ships introduced in Return of the Jedi used as Interceptors. The pilots are also wearing similar helmets as the A Wing pilots from Return of the Jedi. This Cells also has several Alderaan Cruisers, Taylander Shuttles and a Pelta-class Frigate, the Phoenix Home that is then destroyed by Darth Vader. Love the idea of different Rebel Cells across the galaxy no doubt we'll se Andor apart of his own Rebel Cell in Andor Season 2 and later joining up with the greater Rebellion once the Rebel Alliance is formed. Love that we see Vader in a Prototype Tie Advance, sometime after Season 2 I imagine he gets the Tie Advance we see in A New Hope an updated model that's finally out of prototype phrase.

One of the cool things about Rebels is that it uses original actors/voice actors wherever possible. One you've already seen is Lando, who was voiced by Billy Dee Williams who played him in the original and sequel trilogies. James Earl Jones is pretty old in Rebels and Rogue One, but it's still cool they had him voice Vader. Now he's retired and they use his Double or like a voice filter, how they did it in Kenobi.

Anakin loves Ashoka, not Vader hehe

Just caught up and now I have to wait again. NOOooooooOOoooOOoo. So worth it becoming a patron though!

Going back to what you said at the beginning, this is why we wanted you to react to Rebels next. Rebels is the sequel to Clone Wars, and Mandalorian is the sequel to Rebels. Mandalorian spoils the end of Rebels, so you’d be lost if you didn’t watch Rebels 😊
