This is my favorite episode, giving such a great backstory to Wanda and the music and acting is so good in it. The security footage wasn’t fake, it was just easy to accept Haywood’s lie that the footage ended in Wanda taking the body; that was never shown since it didn’t happen. He spoke about the events in the footage consistent with what we were seeing and with what made sense with the information on hand at the time. And Vision being all white comes straight from the comics but obviously I can’t say any more than that. Excited for the finale!

I didn't make the connection the first time I watched but it's interesting that the mind stone gave/enhanced her powers and it just happens that she falls in love with a man/entity that uses the same mind stone for his very sentience. Also this episode in particular showcases the talent that Elizabeth Olsen has as an actress.

At the start of inifinity war, Vision asks what she can tell about the mind stone "I just feel you". At the end, where she is forced to kill vision, he responds "You could never hurt me. I just feel you". This episode will always stand out to me... "I can't feel you."

ooh I just finished watching this one. In the end you were saying "the kids can't possibly be real" and this is not a spoiler but I can describe to you how kids can be real in another story not this story... So first you need access to another realm and you will take a couple of spirits from there... Next you will need a homunculus or some sort of shell, for example a golem originates from clay. So you create the vessel and then you must put in a spirit inside and then you can make kids - yes some might say it's an abomination but you just look at the final product and decide then. Is it not so bad?, maybe a good being can be created, remember Vision was created. In the movie... The Age of Ultron.

The Dingo

Or maybe she fell in love with Vision BECAUSE the mind stone called to her.

To the kids she said, "Thank you for choosing me as your mom." Like you I also couldn't figure out if the kids were real, like how could this be? It's a mystery, or inconclusive they are... but Wanda seems to believe they're real even if they disappeared in the end. The "provisional Vision" was created when "the hex" was created but while he was there, he "was real" in terms of a true independent sentient being. The kids were created later and so it was a different process than Vision. Also Wanda actually gave birth to them, yes? It's more evidence that the kids are real. They were tied to the hex according to Agatha and so had to go and if Vision actually was the father that also tied them to the hex. Hmm but if they disappeared... Okay I think they were real, manifested through Wanda's power but still they couldn't stay.

Actually I wanted to give more examples of "created beings." They do it in many shows... like in Fate/Stay Zero (2011) there's a mage family who create "homunculus" (the origin of the word is an artificial tiny person), the series depicts them as having a tragic existence... kinda cool... kinda tragic. Ghost in the Shell (1995) is probably one of the best examples - the "ghost" is like the software or spirit and the shell is the body. Vision is almost exactly like this, he was Jarvis put in a body that was create by Ultron using the knowledge of that lady scientist. Okay maybe Pinocchio (1883) was a very early example and that's why Ultron kept referencing him... and Ultron himself was created from the mind stone (hey wait a minute) and put in a body created by Tony Stark (hold on) although in the comics a different person created Ultron (1968), it was Hank Pym when he was in the Avengers! (hey that's crazy!) Haha I wanted to take a sidebar but it circled back into Marvel! But I don't think the original Ultron in the comics pondered whether he had a soul or not (or did he?)

this has become one of my favourite episodes of any show, the raw emotion as well as just the answers finally falling into place, it was everything i wanted from this show, and man i still bawl my eyes out through the whole thing, and yea that quote from Vision is one of the more beautiful lines in the MCU for sure. i will never stop enjoying this episode, and i will also never stop needing tissues while i watch it haha

To clarify, that scene at the end of episode 7 was not saying that this was Agatha's show, or that she is responsible for everything. It was saying that all of the things going wrong, beyond Wanda's control (aka all the things going wrong for Wanda in Westview), was Agatha's doing. The video Hayward showed of Wanda "stealing" Vision's body didn't actually show her taking the body. It showed her breaking into SWORD (without the context of Hayward inviting her in, and then shattering the glass and floating down to Vision's disassembled body before the screens all cut to black and then Hayward lied and said she stole the body. As for where Agatha was when Wanda's grief burst out and created Westview, she was not there yet. Again, going back to the last scene of the previous episode, we clearly see Agatha arriving, in color, to a black and white Westview and as she lands she changes to match the black and white of the town, indicating she arrived after Wanda magically took the town hostage.
