There was a Book of Enoch in the bible (it's been removed) The first part of the book describes the fall of the angels who fathered the angel-human hybrids. The rest of the book describes Enoch's (who I think was just a regular man, not a hybrid) travels to heaven.

he was transported to heaven and back as a living person, if I recall correctly

I don't know. I am trying to give Sabine the benefit of the doubt, but it does feel like her decisions are very reckless. The decision to give up the star map was somewhat understandable in that moment she felt she had nothing left to lose. However, that one decision is probably going to allow Thrawn to come back and start a deadly war. Then she leads them straight to Ezra, and she keeps not telling him the truth, and it almost got them and the poor defenceless turtle people killed.

I don’t wish to start a full on theological debate in the comment section of a Star Wars video, but I’ve studied how we got the Old and New Testaments, and I just want to give some clarification. The book of Enoch wasn’t removed from the Bible, it was never part of it to begin with. It was written 100-200 years after the accepted canon of the OT, and neither the Jews of that time nor the early church considered it Scripture. It was also written 3000 years after Enoch was alive. The story of Enoch being “taken away” by God is actually first found in Genesis 5:22-24, and is reiterated and clarified in Hebrews 11:5. He never went back to the earth, though. That’s why his story is famous, because besides Jesus, he and Elijah are the only two people who God chose to escape death.

Sure, whatever, just throwing out some info about the name in general

Sabines decision is single handedly giving star wars an alternate sequel story for the people who don't care for the sequel trilogy. At least that's how I see if they go through with mando s4 and ahsoka s2 tying into an avengers style movie against Thrawn.

That court martial scene it's really sad if you think about it, especially for andor and rogue one, all their sacrifice laid wasted by these incompetent new republic politicians
