Enjoyed this! Thank you! and FYI Laura Barton, codenamed Agent 19 (on the back of the watch), is a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, the wife of Clint Barton, and the mother of Cooper, Lila, and Nathaniel Barton. She and her children lived in secrecy for their own protection against enemies of her husband.

In the comics Jack is known as the Swordsman and trained Hawkeye. He starts out as an antagonist (just like Clint, Natasha, Wanda & Pietro did). And here’s something unlikely to ever happen in the MCU – in the comics Jack marries Mantis is a double wedding with Vision and Wanda.

the purple costume was similar hawkeye's classic one from the comics

The watch with the Shield logo and the number 19 is a reference to Agent 19 of Shield in the comics, who went by the code name Mockingbird who was an Avenger at times, I think was a founding member of the West Coast Avengers, and even married (and divorced) Clint. So while it’s always possible the MCU doesn’t do it exactly the same, it appears they are giving a nod to that character and saying it’s Laura Barton (the name was different in the comics). There apparently was also a comic from 2010 or so called Hawkeye & Mockingbird but I never read it.

As far as the watch thing, it has a Shield logo and they made it clear it belonged to Clint's wife, other than that it's left a mystery, I don't think you missed anything

Love to see your reaction to this series and the finale episode, glad you liked it (as much as myself it seems ;-) ). I hope you can manage to get the episodes out on YouTube before Christmas day (would be great imo).

During the end credit scene I realized that Ant-Man was technically there during The Battle of New York.

Regarding Eleanor's motivation for hiring Yelena to kill Clint, I always thought the answer was at least twofold. First, he was getting too close to Kingpin's operation and Fisk wanted him removed. Second, she felt he was a bad influence on her daughter and was going to get her killed. Everybody, let me know if you can think of additional reasons.

The upcoming show Echo is about Maya. Traile for it r looks great

The reveal with the watch is that she, like Clint, is also ex-SHIELD. Specifically the number 19 that was also on the back along side the logo is a reference to a specific character from the comics... Mockingbird if remember correctly.

Great reaction, I really enjoy this show

that could make sense, it was an interesting choice she never explicitly said why. it leaves a lot of room for interpretation.
