I'm going to guess that when you started in October 2012, you wouldn't have imagined having your face on a syndicated TV show 18 months later. How cool! Great exposure for ASMR as well. :)

For me males must have an especially soothing voice in order for me to be triggered, like Bob Ross. Females just naturally (usually) have quieter, more soft voices and so they, to me, seem to be better suited for ASMR. It's nice that ASMR is getting this kind of recognition!

I would say they are close to even as well (viewership wise). I love male asmrtists! I don't know what I would do without them! Maybe one day we can talk about our fave males. I did a blog post on them once. I think they are invaluable.
