Hi everyone! If you frequent this page, you will notice the amount on the side has changed. I had to remove the pledges that were declined. The real total for last month was a little over 1800. I want to keep everything transparent with you guys. I can't express how grateful I am for your support. I am working with many of you in trying to decide what kind of computer to buy that can support my editing. We make a good team, you guys. I couldn't ask for better people :).I am going to be giving out the rewards over this next week, so keep an eye out for messages from me. Thank you all so much again. I feel very honored to know you.

Not sure how well your computer lingo is, but I worked with video editing in college (along with aftereffects and things like that) My pc was built specifically for this type of work, and I got mine under $1k. You want to pay specific attention to your processor, ram and graphics card. For what you are trying to do I would go with an 8-core proc. 8-gb ram, and a gc with DDR5 opposed to DDR3. You should probably try to get at least 2TB of hardrive space considering the ammount of videos you plan to make. There are some really good "build your own battlestation" sites that allow you to choose the parts you want and they assemble it for you.

Huh, hope you haven't been having too much difficulty with declined pledges. Just jumped on board, but you can count on my pledge!

I think the vast majority of patrons would have no objection to you spending our money on yourself rather new PC hardware ... I know I wouldn't. The fact that you're essentially working two jobs is highly admirable and people want to reward you for the hard work you put in. You've improved the quality of my life considerably, I work in a high pressure environment & your videos allow to escape from constantly thinking about work & allow me to de-stress at the end of the day . The small $6 a month pledge I give is fairly insignificant in relation to the benefits I get from your videos. Your most recent "ASMR Binaural Sound Slice: Scalp Massage and Lathering for Relaxation" is, for me, the most effective video you've yet produced. I love the sound of rain, along with the sounds of the woodland ... if you could produce a binaural video that incorporated these elements, it would make me very happy. Thanks again for all your hard work Heather ... you're a star.

This is copied form the post that i all ready made public btw. Hey Heather don't buy a pre built system! Its so much better and reliable in the long term and much more fun to build one yourself! Here is a link that will help you build a computer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4Js2A1qdB8 Its super easy to follow and it will help alot. And here are some suggestions that will give you reliable performance when rendering your videos. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Efz8 I changed all the products to ordering from newegg but if you're lucky enough to have a microcenter in your area i've heard that they have the cheapest prices. Plus never buy Toshiba laptops there just bad many of my friends have had them before and there not reliable if you have to get a laptop in the future get a Asus one.
