And we still don't know what Torvald has in mind....

nht988

It is a room full of rich twats, 99% of them have blood on their hands and other body parts. Let just cast fireball.

master0fh0rr0r

You would think in a room like that, Becket's sense for evil would just be going off non-stop.

Tannerbot

Doom music intensifies.

British Dread

The solutions are getting simpler by the sentence

Mithril-blade

And Buckett thought he knew what temptation was before....

CaptainRedJack

And now Beckett must make a decision. Torvold is missing and up to gods-only-know-what. Trevor is already starting ti lose his composure, and he and Grogna have behaved for much longer than they are used to. Klara seems intent to instigate the carnage rather than even just join in. So, Beckett must make a decision, to try to hold back the floodwaters or join in. He certainly doesnt want to relapse into his old ways. But he has been very good... and these folks are very bad... perhaps he deserves just s LITTLE righteous massacre... as a treat.

rockmannk

Well, that makes it easy to aim. At least they admit that they're degenerates.

Skatiebobatie

Worried about the psychological consequences of mowing through large swathes of people? Try Righteous Smiting™! Kill all you want and still face yourself in the mirror later. Side effects may include red eye, sore throat, muscle spasms, uncontrolled salivation, berserker rage, psychosis, and death. Discontinue if signs of an allergic reaction present themselves. Please consult your primary cleric before trying Righteous Smiting™, as it may not be for you.

Jennifer Cates

I just… love Klara more with every panel.

KayM

Ok, either Beckett didn't get the standard Paladin power of 'Detect Evil' or he willfully turned it off because his own party kept pinging so often it was giving him a headache...

Jim Sharkey

Maybe just a little abject violence, as a treat.

GerahWar

Crusading mode it is then!

Bolik DE

Rip and Tear.

Tim Jones

Gotta love a target rich environment. Gonna rack up SO MUCH good karma from this next couple hours.

Deltarno

Bucket, my good sir, your god has blessed upon you this day a lady fair who has given you the means to access the next level of your faith: Area effect smite!

Torabi

Beckett's backstory is him determining that his judgment with respect to "heresy" was suspect, and something he had to atone for. So yes, either he didn't get that power, doesn't know how to use it, or it's fundamentally untrustworthy.
