Dear Patreons, 

I loved reading all your suggestions for new videos in the open poll, there were loads of great ideas and if I live to be 200 maybe I'll make them ALL. 

However, I'm not sure the poll was perfectly organised by me, and I think the only way to bring order to the madness is to now have a poll featuring the four top posts. (Unfortunately those voting for WW2 and Romans shot themselves in the foot by splitting their vote - but their time will come again).

The Mongol Empire has been covered recently by so many history channels. Let's go for something different! :)

I agree, Peloponnesian and Mongol has been covered by a lot of channels, VOTE HANSEATIC LEAGUE!

I love how Toby narrates conquest and you can't get any more than with... wait for it, the Mongols. They've been covered by many other channels but not EPIC history!

I'd say vote for Venice as i don't think many people have a clue who they were or what they did besides the facts that they were traders and rode fancy boats

So many history channels do only wars--which is fine, but history isn't all about war. It's also about trade and networking and the growth of human civilization!
