Snowymoon has just released a new update that adds:

  • Normal Maps fix & options

  • Vegetation options

  • Lighting D Tonemap settings

This is a big step forward, as it means all lighting setups can now be handled in the same structured way.

Here’s what this means for Project Ultimate ReShade going forward:

  • Starting with the upcoming V1 Revised, there will now be one preset with two options: Sharp and Smooth.

  • The rest of the look will be controlled directly through tonemap settings and other adjustments.

  • I’ll be releasing the exact settings I’ll be using for both Lighting C and D across ETS2 and ATS.

  • With the Normal Maps update, Project Next-Gen’s normal maps will no longer collide with Lighting A, B, or C β€” giving a much cleaner visual result for roads.

This should make everything far more consistent and easier to use, while still giving you the flexibility to fine-tune visuals to your liking. πŸš€
