Project Ultimate Weather 2.5 - Release Date (Patreon)

Hi all,

Project Ultimate Weather 2.5 will be released on 26 September 2026 for ETS2 and ATS.

This update brings a fully reworked lighting setup, along with further improvements across the weather system.

The main changes include:

Fully reworked lighting

Adjusted skybox exposure

Reworked fogs

Further balancing and smaller visual adjustments

The aim with 2.5 is to improve the overall balance of the weather system and create more consistent lighting and colorbalance across different times of day and weather conditions.

I’m also attaching a few pictures from the latest build so you can have a look at how the update is currently shaping up.
