Lola's "You're killing yourself" is used so powerfully here. Suicide was supposed to be the ultimate goal of this trip; they've been talking themselves into it and justifying it with their traumas across the entire story; it's been on their minds constantly, the entire time, and yet the most basic, factual statement about it is impactful enough to give Sugar pause. (Congrats on getting this page up in time, also; hopefully you'll have time to take care of yourself sooner rather than later.)
