haven't slept, long day, all-nighter, etc. i'm sure any worthwhile thoughts will come back to me for the review post.

but. that's that. the comic's done, finally, and i'm unsure how i feel about it because it ended up being so long. it did do what it was intended to do, though -- revisit the characters in drop-out, lightly touch on development of their issues since then, and propose the idea that people are not meant to find where they belong necessarily as much as they will always start to carve out a niche in their environment and selves to fit into it.
or, less pedantically, home is where the heart is.
