Brooke had hooded eyelids so she had a blephroplasty to open up her eyes for easier and more prominent application of her eyeliner and eyeshadow. I had one done two years ago bc eyelid skin also can become looser and hooded with age. Mine was done right in my cosmetic surgeons office and took about 30 minutes. It gave me such a refreshed and awake look , I’m so pleased I had it done .
