Thank you Moses for being a voice of reason!! That girl is a victim and he definitely staged that scene to flash her. Everyone online is bending over backwards to defend this man they do not know to make him innocent. If you can see into your home from the street you no longer have the reasonable expectation of privacy which is why you can be charged with public indecency being naked in your window. Being in your own home doesn’t absolve you of sex crimes and exposing yourself to someone else without consent is considered sexual assault in several states. It’s an umbrella term that doesnt necessarily include physical touch because non-consensual flashing is still a type of sexual abuse. I really wish people would stop criticizing that girl for using the wrong wording. People are more upset that this girl used the wrong wording than they are about that man being a sexual predator. And, sure, maybe she shouldn’t have posted the video but, again, people are more mad about her exposing a sexual predator online than that man being a sexual predator.

i feel so bad for the doordash girl :( i saw the og video a day or two before she was fired and she never touched the door or went inside and somehow the rumor started that she did and everyone ran so fast with it and was calling her a liar. this is why women don’t always come forward because massive corporations and a bunch of losers online run smear campaigns against victims!!

there is no reasonable expectation of privacy when you’re visible to the public. both of his doors were WIDE open, leaving him in full view of the public. she did not violate his privacy by filming him, he relinquished his privacy by exposing himself. and honestly, i see nothing wrong with her posting the video. sure, she should have censored it to abide by tiktok’s community guidelines, but posting the uncensored version to platforms that allow it is totally valid. even if he was inebriated beyond belief and had no idea what he was doing, would it be any less lewd if he were drunk and naked on a park bench?

Unfortunately, the backlash from DoorDash was because she put it online. At many jobs, you cannot photograph or video a customer and put it on social media in any capacity without consequence no matter what they are doing. I'm not by any means saying she was wrong and she is not a victim. She is a victim of at sexual harassment by what that man did. Sexual harassment can go both ways because she technically posted him nude on the internet without his consent. Not making excuses... I literally just had to take a employer wide 3 hour sexual harassment course at work this week because of something someone did recently, and how corporate America defines harassment does not always align with what we consider justice for the party that was harassed. Although traumatizing and disturbing, she should've given a second thought to posting the video before reaching out to Door Dash or the authorities. She very well could've gotten the same traction on TikTok without posting him on the internet. That being said, I do not agree with people saying it's her fault for looking or the man didn't do it on purpose. Normal people don't order food and leave their door open in any case, much less fucking naked??!! Kinda wish Door Dash didn't put names for their drivers or protected them more by giving them a code instead of a name if identification of the delivery driver is required.

A lot of people automatically go against women who speak out about assault/harassment. This is a known kink, that man has past charges for indecent exposure. He knew exactly what he was doing. Yeah I get where you’re coming from about posting him, but put yourself in her shoes. She 100% panicked, and wasn’t thinking straight when it happened. I have no sympathy for him at all.
