Thank you for talking about how you habdle mental illness while being a mom. Right now it’s such a hot topic (no pun intended). My mom struggled so deeply when I was a kid and didn’t have anyone to relate to. She wasn’t a perfect mom but she is my world and sobriety/taking care of herself was the best gift she could ever give us ❤️

Trisha, I appreciate you so much for speaking a lot more about borderline and dbt. I wouldn't have gotten diagnosed last year if it wasn't for you speaking openly about having. It has been such a lard and hard struggle especially learning im autistic too and OCD.....mine is also developmental trauma but from parents and well everyone in my life growing up. I graduated college but I am currently fighting for my release of my degree because I had withdraw my last semester due to my borderline being so bad and no one believed in me and now I have to pay almost 5,000 just to get my diploma that i sacrificed my well being for and worked hard in school for my whole life all because of borderline and it just makes things a little easier knowing im not navigating this alone. I love you trisha, please bring more public awareness to BPD. Its so intense and misunderstood. Thank you so much

Always my favourite feels like we’re on FaceTime! My parents were the same with pets and it broke my heart BUT they promised me once I move out they will buy me one pet of my choice. This made little me feel more okay about it because it can be sad! And pets are expensive so it was a good deal
