You can buy a domain name (vanity url) and setup a redirect that forwards to whatever you want to forward the person to (youtube, patreon). Can buy one from GoDaddy or NameCheap for like $1-5 a year. I'm sure you have a techy friend that may have an idea. I think there are tutorials online too.
