I'm 23 and have struggled with really bad anxiety the past few years but I'm too scared to ask a doctor for medication (probably because of the anxiety lol) because I feel like they're going to think I'm making it up to get drugs. Also I don't even know how to find the right kind of doctor to go to. Have you taken anything for anxiety and does it help? (PS weed is not legal where I live so I can't try that).
