Trisha we are so much alike. When I was 19 almost this exact same thing happened to me. I got set up with this guy and he drove me way up into the hills with no reception, took my phone and also threw it in the back, and pulled over right on the side of the road and raped me. It’s really awful to hear you talking about it, but just know you’ve made a difference by talking about it. Thank you for being so vulnerable ❤️

Trauma is trauma no matter how "big" or "small." it's still a trauma and it's still fucked up. I know exactly how you feel thinking that "it could've been worse." but it was still rape. Your feelings are appropriate for what happend to you Trish. And I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Thank you for sharing this with us, I know for me it was very relatable.
