Hey Trish! I have a question or searching for advice I guess! I recently started dating a guy who deals with a lot of anxiety and abandonment issues. I am a person who dates polyamorously and my last relationship was polyamorous and it lasted 4 years. I agreed to date this guy monogamously but we said we were going to open up the relationship after we talked about his boundaries and comfort zone. Recently I tried to talk to him about it and he completely shut down. Do you have any suggestions for speaking about this with him in a way that won’t make him feel like I don’t think he is enough, or that he’s going to lose me if we open up? Enjoyed the H3H3 podcast. It was such a rollercoaster though lmao.
