Samurai Jack #19 - Full Script (Patreon)

I've previously posted my final Samurai Jack script (#20), so here's where I fill in the gap. This was a fun done-in-one story where I brought by the dog archaeologists from the earliest episodes of the Jack show, expanding a bit on their mission.

At the time I didn't realize this would be our second last issue ever. If I did I probably would have gone for something more epic. It's fun, but a bit simple.

When I started writing the Jack comic we were only supposed to have five issues in total, but its success led to multiple 5-issue extensions. By the time we were headed to #20 I assumed we would get extended to #25 and, of course, as soon as I assumed that's when we were told to wrap up at #20. Oh well, that's the way work-for-hire goes sometimes.
