12 Days of Patreon - DECEMBER 9th: Ryan K Lindsay (Patreon)

Ryan K Lindsay is an award-winning Aussie writer of comics who loves thinking about comics as much as he loves writing them as much as he loves reading them. He’s written comics published at Dark Horse, Black Mask, Vertigo, IDW, ComixTribe, Heavy Metal, Mad Cave, and his own comic imprint Four Colour Ray Gun.

Ryan has run seven successful Kickstarter campaigns to publish his comics, been selected for the DC Talent Development Workshop for Writers, taught in schools for nearly two decades, and just recently found a love of Dungeons & Dragons.

For the blessed 12 Days of Patreon, Ryan is offering up a cross section of the work that best represents everything he’s ever done. As such, he is sharing:

● A variety of #1 issues from HEADSPACE [illustrated by Eric Zawadzki], CHUM [illustrated by Sami Kivela], BEAUTIFUL CANVAS [illustrated by Sami Kivela], as well as the one-shot comic STAIN THE SEAS SCARLET [illustrated by Alex Cormack]

● A short one-shot D&D adventure titled ESCAPE FROM WEN KROY

● A book of essays about various elements of noir in pop culture titled NOIRVEMBER

On his Patreon page, Ryan shares early peeks at up-coming projects, as well as comic script PDFs, pitch material, short 300 word flash fiction, D&D content, and thoughts/links delving into the murky world of story breaking and narrative theories.
