Cow & Chicken One Shot- Pitch, Page Pacing, and Full Script (Patreon)

In 2014 IDW published a Cartoon Network crossover comic event called Super Secret Crisis War and they asked if I'd be interested in writing a one-shot for Cow & Chicken. The original show is really strange with lots of slapstick humor and I figured it would be a fun project to mix things up.  The story loosely ties into the overall Super Secret Crisis War event (with a robot arriving from space), but otherwise it's relatively stand alone.

Nailing the voices of the characters in speech balloons was a fun challenge, especially for Cow, who has a loud squeaky baby voice where all her R's sound like W's.  Reading the dialogue out loud as I worked (which I'm sure was a thrill for my wife) did the trick.

Attached is the original pitch and my page pacing plan along with the full script.
