I think I've told this story in comments before, but in college, I worked at an art store (Surprise!). One day a 30 something mom and her 15ish yo daughter came in, and they were arguing while shopping. Almost continually, the daughter was pushing at the mom, and when the mom was at a particular spot, about to pick up an item, the daughter grabbed her hair and started pulling the mom around. The Mom retaliated roughing up the daughter, and got her to let go. The Mom was embarrassed and started walking out of the store. This started a new argument and the daughter harassed her mom all the way out the door. To make her daughter get in the car they once again began pulling at one another's hair. The lady drove away and I don't think she ever came back while I worked there. Each exchange was not 10 seconds, aside from the shoving. But I'm telling that story to agree, yes, rolemodels. There are all kinds. :)
