AJ has been searching for the elusive, disgraced doctor known as The Neuroscalper, a powerful psychic who experiments on other people, as well as herself. The Neuroscalper has been underground for six years but AJ has found a known associate of hers, the assassin Thorn.

Thorn frequents an unnamed underground fight club where she uses her pheromone powers to turn people into her playthings and toy with them for the crowd's amusement. The assassin never backs down from a challenge, so despite the danger AJ decides to confront and force Thorn to tell her where the mad doctor is hiding.
