Sam

CROWPEN

Ryan McCurdy

Wow a day early that’s awesome!

Kyle (WahDahTa)

Ummm, I'm sorry but this is a certified Reddit moment right here megheads! 😎😎

Emma Wizard

Yayyy nice surprise this week 😊

JP

I know it's not the same situation for a lot of people but I really don't mind kicking you guys 5 big ones every month regardless of volume of content, you truly are one of my favorite sources of entertainment and I appreciate the shit you put out whenever you do

ToasterBasket

Hey Guys, idk if you’ll see this but I hope this reaches you well. I love the content and I loved the book. Sorry about the haters. I’m really excited to see what’s coming up with supermega!

thevoyager

I wish I could hug y'all

Jose jimenez

Man I love y’all, take all the time y’all need. Y’all have gotten me through so much I could never stop supporting y’all!

Ben Harman

love you guys dearly ❤️💙

Bruh Moment

Yall its chill. But just post some casual stuff. Just keep people engaged

Freddie Sweat

Thank you, I needed to hear that I’m a decent human being 🥰

Joshua Rose

love you guys, stay healthy boys

MandaBear

I can understand why fans would have different reactions especially for being discontent with the lack of content, but I kinda feel like ya'll are bein' a lil' hard on yourselves even while holding yourselves accountable. Sure it'd be great to get more content, but I value Quality over Quantity any day and it really sucks that you're dealin' with whatever it is that you're dealin' with. Sucks even more when people don't think you give a shit when both of ya'll put so much work in buildin' the channel up. Post stuff whenever you're able to, don't run yourselves into the ground makin' content for us if your mental health is fucked.... World itself has been kinda fucked the past 6 years and we're all just tryna do our best, least we can do is give a lil' kindness and understanding to each other. Take care of yourselves, ya' dang goobers 💙 Show Cecile a good time while she's in LA, but not TOO much of a "good time"... Lookin' at you, Matt 😉

Killian C

These past few years have been absurd and wild and really destructive on everyone's mental health, it's all good guys! Even while we're waiting for new stuff, I'm forever grateful for the many years of content you guys have produced and I'm wanting to help in anyway I can! Don't ever push yourselves too hard to where you begin to hate creating what you're working on, push just enough and know when to step back and breathe. Love you guys!

Ben

Thank you for the content boys I see you guys are trying to go back on the regular podcast schedule and it shows we appreciate it

Karl Fredrik Nordvik

I really appreciate the transparency and insight from you guys. Keep on truckin and take your time, but these 'real'-talks are needed from time to time to see where youre actually at. ❤️

Perry

thank you for posting this early

jon potey

I love your content, but I will wait. I will keep my patreon going, because I'm here to support you guys. I rarely go on Patreon, my main presence is on YouTube, and you're on of the few channels I can just feel happy playing older videos in the background. Those "Best of" videos are gold. Getting a new video is great, of course, but your older content is still amazing. Ignore those negative comments, instead, focus more on the positives, like these comments in Patreon. We're here for you, and everyone needs a break sometimes. Don't stress over it, you ain't losing me.

Adam G

I get 100% where the boys are coming from. Im also in a position where I don't really have to answer or report to a boss and still get paid whether I do anything or not. That SOUNDS great from the outside, and it is very privileged. But for the mental health, it's really fucking hard. Not having any motivation to do anything and not accomplish anything in a day can be really depressing but it's a vicious circle of the lack of motivation feeding the depression, which feeds the lack of motivation ect. Do your best boys. I'll gladly keep giving you my 5 big ones until you guys are feeling better! I think people really forget that you're people, just like the rest of us.

Virtual Boi

These 2 boiz and the others that keep SuperMega running, have helped me through illnesses both mentally and physically for years. I could say so much but to be blunt, I do not care about the rate in which they upload. As long as they focus on themselves at the end of the day is all that matters. Stay safe everyone. :)

CROWPEN

putin be pootin

Nolan costanza

Great video boys! Can’t wait to see you two beautiful hunks get through whatever is troubling you❤️

Jed

don’t listen to the people who type things they would never say to your face. u guys are great

RobsButt

will always support yall ❤️

titatiger

Comrade feminist Ryan, thank you o7

rory

love y’all, take your time and hope things get better for you both soon <3 please don’t be too hard on yourselves about needing to take breaks or not having motivation, it happens to everyone and your mental health comes first

Joel Devereux

Y'all people say some shit on the Internet they'd never say to your faces. You never overpromise and under deliver. I think everyone would agree that we want you creating content when you're feeling good and therefore creating good content. I'm a photographer and if I'm not feeling good or I'm anxious or stressed you can see it in the work and it's just not worth doing. You didn't start the channel being held by the balls by needy "fans", so don't start now. Love your work, take your time <3

NanderkCentipede

Yall make the best content when you want to. Yall are the best. I love the book! Keep your heads high and just do your thing

Nessie

I have been a fan of you guys since "two grown men play club Penguin" and I feel that the quality and honest friendship and support that you two have not only for each other but for everyone you have worked with is really inspiring. You boys have worked your little butts off to get here and for me that's sort of why I subscribed to the patreon. I wanted to show my support of you guys. I hear you saying what you are working on and how you are sorry for not putting out as much as you do but I like that you're able to actually admit that and talk to your audience about where you are at. I know that this is sort of the converted speaking to the preachers but I really hope that you don't beat yourselves over this too much

Sam Manwill

I have several subscriptions for Patreon and supermega has the most content

Tracy Phillips

Matt and Ryan, I personally sadly had to cancel my Patreon subscription for financial reasons since I've been becoming an adult since I've been watching you guys. I recently subscribed again because I can, not because I felt like you guys were in a rough patch. Yeah, upload schedule isn't as consistent, but honestly no one actually gives a fuck besides you guys and the judgement from your peers and THAT IS FINE. Our opinion shouldn't matter nearly as much as it does, it's just that cancel culture combined with "you fell off" puts you guys on way too high of a pedestal. I can't imagine the anxiety you'd get with that, but please please please just do what you do. Shoot the shit in the podcast. Release some crazy ass books that you guys put your souls into. The passion is so obviously there that I will always be here to see what you guys have to offer: old podcasts, classic supermega videos I used to watch with my best friend in highschool, baller edits from a baller editor (justin), like just try not to let this shit get to you, really. I keep my Patreon subscription bc I'd rather offer you guys some form of consistency on behalf of the consumer. I literally do that because I would get anxious if I were in your shoes. Fucking love you guys and always have, just keep working on yourselves and commenting on society and making goofy ass fart jokes and I swear to god your audience isn't going to be abandoning anyone.

Lazaretto

Y'all make some good shit, and it helps that you take these breaks when you need them. You need to put yourselves first sometimes, gamers 👌🏻 I don't think you guys are lazy or anything, I totally feel the lack of motivation thing lmao so I'm gonna stay subbed. I know I joke about the Patreon podcasts being late but it's not a big deal honestly, I don't mind sitting though the ads for the most part

Slaku

Love you guys. Fuck all the chumps on Reddit complaining all the time. Take care of yourselves boys ♥️

Ava cintron

for the question about how to address a nonbinary person formally- just say their name

Nick

y'all should sue each other it would make a great vlog

Perry

just listened to the podcast, take your time boys mental health is important <3

Jacob Mendoza

For the Patreon it's cool that we get extra content, but I have Patreon not for the extra shit but for the support of my favorite creators and y'all need to take care of yourselves fellas straight up. thanks for the laughs and I cant wait too see what you boys have in stored for us :)

spagla

if i can be totally straight, I'd much rather not see these two goofballs and have them come back in late July with the fucking best content than have them upload a new series release tomorrow and it's just stale and dull.

allison jackson

ryan and matt, great work i normally listen to the podcast on spotify but here i finally am

strxbe

Hurts my heart to hear you guys so upset with yourself, but I can relate from similar experiences with a different artistic platform. It’s hard and it doesn’t feel good. You’ll get back on track and make it up to yourselves. I think the true MegHeads are honestly sort of a cult following and we’d happily give you $5 a month regardless of what you do and don’t post. Your fans put you guys first and if that means letting y’all work through what you’re working through, then that’s fine. Love you guys to death, truly, and I can’t wait to see what sorts of things you’ve got planned. PS. Got high af and read the entire book in one sitting. Absolutely adored it and was actually pretty impressed with how solidly you guys worked your humor into it. I could never guess what could possibly be coming next from line to line, but at the same time it was just exactly what I’d expect every time. Can’t wait to see the completed trilogy lol.

Emilio Rodrigues

I hope everything behind the scenes resolves well for you guys. I definitely enjoyed the book for a few good laughs, got a hard cover and the audio book. Always stoked to see y’all upload but, as a long time fan, it’s not an expectation. Much love!

Hutchschu

Sucks to hear you guys feeling a little down. You’re content is worth waiting for

Andy Murri

Lazy buttholes, GIMME MORE CONTENT. Nah, you guys are the best. I’m glad to see some streaming to supplement the drought while you get everything sorted out, but shit happens and you have to deal with whatever it is. Even if it’s just being lazy, which I don’t think it is. You’ll get my Abraham Lincoln every month, regardless of what y’all do.

Ethan Jones

Appreciate the genuine update hope you guys are doing well and take as much time as you need. I’ve never felt like you guys are being lazy.

BarrelDarr

love you guys, never feel you have to upload consistently especially if your going through a tough time. Thank you for all the content you've made. Top tier creators

Adam

Whatever is going on in your life I hope it gets better mental health is number 1 and should come first. I’ll support you to the end, you’ve already put out so much good content, I’m rewatching the sekiro play through while I play elden ring. Love you guess <3

William Horse

These kind of venting sessions are awesome, this is where you learn about the real side of your favorite people in the world✌️love you guys

Andrew

I know this comment is super late at this point and will probably never be read, but I just felt like I have to say I understand when people criticize you for lack of uploads or poor timing with uploads but you guys should never ever ever let people disparage your creative work like the book or skits or stuff that you put a lot of effort and care into.

Andrew

Yeah I by no means think they deserve it at all I'm just saying it's understandable when people are upset by that but if people are upset by the creative shit they can just go fuck themselves
