OK quick disclaimer: I know the show is fun, story-telling doesn't require strict morals, etc ... and I leave aside the rights or wrongs of terrorism when we could write essays on the swapping of revolutionary/terrorist labels throughout History, depending on who's telling the story and when. So ... this episode brings up one really sticky point: we know Yor was sent to kill - nay massacre! - a Red Circus cell with her metal spikes (talk about humane methods over arrest and the chance at redemption ...), that was when she got shot in the butt. How many other Billy did she butcher then!? Also, this clearly points at the SSS passing targets onto The Garden, meaning Yor (and Yuri) is a clever-yet-unintelligent tool of the oppressive authoritarian Ostanian regime ... and the weird-eyed guy ready to sacrifice hostage kids for the sake of destroying one of the only dissenting voices against the regime and status quo of inequalities makes you wonder who's fighting the good fight. So yeah, ignore all this if you take the show for fun 'cause it's the primary intent. ;-)
