i remember learning that trees and mushrooms all share a sort of "neural network" through root and mycelium systems that ends up influencing their natural behaviors

and there was an interesting bit about the memory of a tree and how it may react to a drought after experiencing one in the past, and information being stored in the tree's rings

ill say that got my mental cogs acranking and i started to become interested in the idea of joining the forest and the realm of psychology together
