Thank you for reacting to this! I wish everyone would experience Jake apart from Enhypen just to give him a time to be recognized for what he brings/adds to the group. So I’m so glad he had this opportunity. Jake actually has the 2nd most lines in Enhypen over the total of their discography after Heeseung. He and Hee have very similar sounds, so they sing back to back almost always. We all know Heeseung is, well, Heeseung. He was episode 16, early on for a reason. Then you have members like Jungwon with his VERY unique tone and Jay with his rock edge, Ni-Ki for his baritone. Jake I feel is just not noticed as much, even with his amount of line time, because he’s so tightly connected to Heeseung. Sometimes even having his lines credited to Hee on lyric videos until they sing live and, “oh, that was Jake!” All that I guess just to say all Enhypen members contribute something important to every song. And removing any of them would change the essence of the song. I’m just glad Jake is getting an opportunity to show he isn’t just a presence in the group, but has significant contribution that’s usually overlooked (not saying you overlook him. I’m talking in general). Anyways, thank you for your time 🙂.
