For me the mv is about not losing yourself and still living your life even though everything around you may seem like its crashing down and falling apart. When they do the closeup of Han's eye it seems like everything resets itself and goes back to 'normal'. It's about facing those inner demons on a daily basis and always looking towards the light, even though its a daily struggle. The lights mainly behind him or in the distance and even though its difficult, he covers his eyes and eventually walks towards it. The only thing I've heard Han say is that the mv is supposed to show him in a loop and he hopes this will help people experienecing anything similar to this. I'm assuming Han has drawn upon his own experienes for this. He's had problems with social anxiety and panic attacks. Although he has said he's doing well now. The song in some ways is a bit more positive than the mv and something I think people can take a lot of strength from - definitely worth reading the lyrics under the credits of the mv. The mv is probably more realistic, even though he faces those inner demons and everything resets, he still goes through it all again and there's no emotion on his face. Even people who are doing OK, I suppose those mental health problems never go away they just develop better coping mechanisms.
