Although, people can thrive given a challenge, suprise themselves or learn something new, I still find it hard to believe they would all actually want to be a leader and given the chance would enjoy it. With that in mind, its probably best to just get through them all quickly and then maybe ask them who actually would like to be a leader. Especially with someone on the quieter side and creative as Asahi, if you over burden them and they're not enjoying it you'll just stiffle their creativity. Although hopefully he didn't feel that way but its always a risk. Jae Hyuk could possibly be someone who surprises himself and does a really good job. Think he underestimates himself sometimes.
