I thought I had a chance to see my dog recover to full health but now it is impossible. I have done everything right for my dog. I took her to the vet as soon as she became lethargic. I gave her meds and syringe feed her at a schedule, sacrificing my sleep in the process. I gave her my love every single day from the day I got her till now. Now I wish to stay with her till the appointed time for her to say goodbye. I will miss her presence but knowing that I gave her all my heart while she was here will at least give me comfort. I will grief for a day or two and bounce back since she won't like me if I'm sad all the time. Anyways, cherish your pets always so that you will not have regrets.
