Tickling Vibrating Toothbrush

Face down with hands cuffed behind my back unable to defend my feet from this Toothbrush as an arm is wrapped under my legs and pinned deep into the mattress the tickler takes advantage of my soft soles while the toothbrush mocks me with it's vibrating bristles to slowly drive me crazy. Laughs are a bit muffled but I was face down in the mattress unable to see what was going on. 10/05/2019
