Ian... I know a little about bipolar, and I've dealt with loved ones who are mentally ill. The road to becoming stable is not always a linear one. He may be still taking his meds, but there are triggers and sometimes the meds stop working or don't work as well and need to be tweaked. Ian left Mickey at the border, he returned to find Monica had died, he has been trying to get Trevor back and bending and twisting himself to fit into his world. All of these things can knock him off course. Fiona is right, he is not acting like himself. I've seen it before so I know what the "bigger thing" is, but I'm not going to tell you. But it does lead somewhere, eventually. :)

On the Fiona raising her siblings thing. I can see where she is coming from because I would never say Frank or Monica raised them. The kids sort of raised themselves with Fiona’s assistance as she took on majority the responsibilities as the oldest. But as we have seen since the beginning they worked as a team, all of them were pitching into the squirrel fund to keep them afloat and that was back when Deb and Carl were very young. It’s Fiona’s entitlement that’s bothersome, like she’s owed something (very Frank-like). I understand she feels underappreciated, but she also shouldn’t expect her siblings to bow to her every whim, especially now that they’re adults.

I hate how Ian yells at Fiona and how she flinches at it. This is definitely one of my least favorite seasons except for Lip's storyline, but it's interesting to see how you enjoy it and see it from a different perspective. I get why Ian is being the way he is and I do feel for him, and I agree that Fiona was not in the right here, but it's just too much, he's not being fair to Fiona. And then there's Kassidy.... I'll need some patience for these few episodes for sure haha
