An age restriction has been placed on my first Euphoria episode. I have no idea what to do or even if I can do anything. I totally understand that the subject matter might be on the border but an age restriction can do a lot of damage to a channel from what I’ve gathered so far.

Our editor sent a beautifully worded letter along with an appeal that explains, whole heartedly, that this is meant to spread awareness through personal experiences, while using the show as a reference. But, we have no idea if that will have any affect.

Does anyone have any experience with YT or this type of situation? If you agree with this I understand. But if you don’t, would you be willing to share the episode?

Honestly it feels weird to ask, but I feel like this isn’t a good move on YouTube’s part. If this at all has a chance to continue to happen, I don’t know what that might mean for the channel. We will dive into this and hopefully learn what we can do to avoid this problem but YT leaves it completely vague as to why.

Again, it feels weird to ask, but the feedback, comments, stories, advice, support, EVERYTHING, makes me feel like this is helping people and I would like to continue to do so.
